Enchanted Garden Board Game
Idea
The Enchanted Garden Board Game has been created by our very own TheSwordAndSnail in his Hall of the Lunar Champion! It is based on rolling dice which will allow you to move from spot to spot on your quest to reach the Golden Sweetroll. Watch out for extra challenges and surprises along the way!
Rules
Generally move forward through the spaces by rolling a 6-sided die. First to reach the Golden Sweetroll at the end wins! Beware of the following specials though 😉
You have landed next to a (regular) sweetroll? You get an additional roll and move forwards that many spaces.
You have reached a daedric fire? Roll the die again and move back that many spaces.
You have come to a halt on Azureblight (blue) weeds? You’ll have to skip the next turn while you “cleanse” the blue.
You have decided to stand on quicksand? Go back to the Golden Frame right before the first sandy space.
You see the Odd Door? Your turn ends at the door no matter what number you rolled. E.g. if you roll a 6 but are 2 spaces from the door, move to the door and stop.
On your next turn you may not move through the the door, if you roll even. Try a second time on your next turn and see if you get an odd number. On the third go the lock will magically open for you and you may pass without rolling the dice. Third time is a charm 😛
If you roll odd, the door lock opens! Move through the door and close the behind you.
Afterwards make yourself comfortable in the middle of the red carpet. inside the little room, if you can.
Proceed to the gray carpet. This completes the move through the door. Wait for your next turn 😉
Enjoy the Spiral Time Plaza next 🙂 Roll as you usually would. When you reach the plaza with the circle of carpets, move clockwise (follow the dragonfly).
If the amount of moves from rolling the dice does not land you exactly on the fancy gazebo space, keep playing until it does.
If you rolled exactly the right number of moves to make it onto the fancy gazebo, you are… the winner! Open all the jesters boxes for confetti woo!
